Instead of 1.6 ampere, as indicated on the sticker, the fan consumes only 0.29 ampere (at 12 v) and is poorly balanced when it is put on the table, the table is transmitted vibration and generated noise. Compared with the usual computer fan by 0.3a, it blows better and quieter. Opened a dispute, the seller offered to return only half, i asked for a full refund (why should i have a low quality fan?) aliexpress took the seller's side, filed a complaint, waiting for a decision.
The current is 5 times less. 0.29a @ 12 v ahhh! The fan is poorly balanced, noisy. The seller sellers low-quality fans, returning only 50%.
Return the money completely for the defective goods was not possible. Aliexpress did not help. Yongbin chen sold me the defective goods for 50% :(.

Great item! Blows quite hard, works moderately loud for such power. Without load consumes 1a at full revolutions! The product is very satisfied!
Among several fans with pwm (4 wires), the seller stuck one without pwm (3 wires)-allegedly accidentally. I was still surprised: everything is packed in a box, and one is also packed separately. (the photo is already unpacked). Then i tried to move out and offered to buy an adapter. Opened a dispute and returned some money!

Ordered 10 pieces. Two rusty, violin came. And the packaging is super: all in the shockproof film with puffs, then again in the shockproof film for 5 pieces, then again and the box is glued completely with tape so as not to get wet. So with such a great package, the seller clearly knew he was sending. He refused to return money for two non-working valves. I proposed to return 499 rubles from 4999 rubles of the order, still refused. Goodness AliExpress judged and returned the money.

The way was 2 weeks before Tula-it's super. Packed in 2-A layer of puff film and carton box. Max flows like a vacuum cleaner, but the flow of air through the radiator swings be healthy.4-pine, everything works. Removed through reobas 10% from the maximum and all wore is gone. I am pleased, seller recommend!
