Logistics: AliExpress Standard Shipping
I’ve been a customer at Kele Store for 6 years, never experienced a problem. I always gave them a well deserved 5–star review. This shop seems to be in chaos. They answer NO messages. Since they do not have a listing for every color available buyers are forced to leave a message as to what color is wanted. It has always been like that and it has always worked quite well. They never read any of my numerous messages. I left detailed instructions in regards to the actual colors I wanted sent to me but those messages were ignored. They do charge a shipping fee. It says in the title, the first 2 words actually, that shipping is free but it is really not. AliExpress could not even get them to respond to my messages. Kele,Store, if you’re reading this, please do better next time. You have received a significant amount of negative feedback. I messaged you multiple times after my order arrived but no response. You can, and need, to do better. I hope my next order is handled much better.

Beautiful bias tape. I had a huge order and Kele Store, as usual, worked with me until we had the colors in my list, the colors ordered, and the colors pulled to fulfill my order correct. Everything was packed beautifully. Kele Store has consistent, very high quality of bias tape. Works perfectly and gives a beautiful finish to what you are making.
