Thumbsticks are visibly better quality than the usual ones you get on AliExpress, they don't have visible casting marks at all. The stick top is slightly smaller than the stock Xbox One but not enough to make a difference. Can only update on the durability of these sticks once I've used them for a few months.

Very good buttons, rubber feels slightly rougher but its as good as the original, maybe even more durable. Package contains additional screwdriver that's necessary for dismantling the controller.
