The customer only asked us send it out at once never told actual size and special requires when we confirmed size . The shipping was uploaded everyday. The customer still said we lied and haven't sent it out. The shipping status is lie. We explained it many times. It is lucky that it is delivery within 14days. 2/ The customer said the socks is small . because, Her palm width is 8cm . Her palm can't pulled it wider to 10cm. It is strong elastic fabric not silk. The size is correct. We pick up one socks to make test. We used it cover one man shoes and took photos to her. It can be wider to 10.5cm. She refused try on it and insists the socks smaller not M size. We promise to send one bigger size socks again according to her size ( she said height 163cm , foot length 25cm width 10cm ). She refused and ask refund. It is done. Our regular size sets are suitable when order correct size set.For special size, please let us know in time. Stockings on the child! The photo shows that their width is 7 cm, the maximum elasticity is 8-9. The seller discount his photos with a stocking of size XS and its measurements and that was more, than mine from the suit m!
