According to the tracking information the parcel departed from China by plane on Dec. 11, 2019 04:15:00.
58 days later the plane has not arrived yet at the the destination country (it is still in the air)!
If the plane is not flying via Venus or Mars, then maybe the parcel never was in the airplane.
Which means the seller just had and could use my money for two months and then he simply refunded it to me.
Exactly the same happened also with a second order of mine to the same seller.
Not bad business at all!
However, if this is what happened, then he should somehow be punished .

The lamps came. Externally they look good. At work did not check yet. On each lamp is the manufacturer's logo, which should confirm the quality. I'll try and see. Delivery is very long to Nizhny Novgorod, almost 2 months. Plus on the Mail long couldn't pick up, I can only get there on Saturday, but it did not have time until 14.30, Then holidays. Put 4 because of the long delivery and because did not check yet. The purchase price was in the area of $2 for 10 PCs-in fact led lamps at the price of ordinary ones.
