Transistor very good despite the really thin legs! took for repair welding stavr for 180 amps, after replacing the transistors and something else, welding immediately started and perfectly brews on any loads, a maximum of 180 amps keep quietly these Transit! Very doubtful the quality of the transistor itself. I received 1 immediately defective from the batch. Further out of the 8 supplied to the welding machine flew 2 on 3 electrodes. It's in test mode! With an ideal voltage and corresponding wire section (without extensions). As for the seller himself: communicates at 5., compliant. In my case, he offered compensation for one transistor to the next purchase. In the rest, think for yourself. Probably like luck.

I order the 3rd time. The first times were faulty. First time-1 piece, second-2 pieces. Serviceable put in welders,-work. This time, everything is working. Capacity shutter-emmiter these more. About 3 nf. How they will work, i do not know. Bribes the price. Delivery time is about 3 weeks to the novosibirsk region.

Two transistors turned out to be bad, so the price of each transistor increases. The other eight are still good. The shutter emitter capacity is about 1,6 NF. I'm ordering for a second time. The first time one was bad. Put it in resantha. They work well. I put five stars with a stretch. We got fast. It's bribing.
