Place order on March 21st said pckg would arrive April 2nd. They sent me a fake tracking number. Would not acknowledge multiple emails asking for correct tracking number. Product had never been scanned in at FEDEX. April 2nd came and went with no package and no tracking number. Had they communicated with me in my first attempts with honest open dialogue a solution/agreement could have been reached. However, they ignored my initial emails until I disputed the order. So disappointed as I had ordered from them in the past with good results.
Advice: In the future respond to your customer emails to work out problems before actions are taken. It speaks to a level of ethics.

The rings are just gorgeous. This shipment even had smaller sizes such as 16 and 17 which is more common here in the states. Maybe the next time we order there will be some even smaller. The stones are amazingly beautiful. Great job!
