Seller sent order quite fast and also arrived fast.
However received, but not satisfied with the quality.
Had a previous unit (that had 4 years and got broken) that had normal quality.
This one is awful. I think it has a malfunction.
I kept my old setup with a connection to a CCTV system. HDMI comes out the NVR and is converted into RCA, but output is BAD! See pictures attached.
Will file a claim over it. Not supporting proper HD HDMI conversion into RCA.
This seller is FIVE stars. Even though my unit had a problem. He promptly helped to solve the problem sharing several setups. When we get no solution he immediately refunded me for all order. Very honest!!!

I highly recommend, a very good converter. Metal massive body, the possibility of choosing a PAL or NTSC signal, the scaler on the button on the case allows you to switch zoom modes. Only output the picture through CVBs in HD quality do not even hope. Still, the standard supports a picture of a maximum of 576i, and then the scaler already works. And at me when the signal output through RCA and dythering is much more noticeable than through SCART

A soldering part inside the converter broken due to bad packaging. Only HDMI output is working & CVBS output is not working . PACKAGING IS NOT GOOD. Worked after repair.
