This bag is very nice looking & the delivery time was quick - HOWEVER, the bag I received is defective!
There is a zipper pocket on the inside (the zipper works) but it isn't sewn/attached to the bag. Therefor, the pocket is always open. I contacted the seller twice with images. The first time they told me: "we think their is no problem because we inspect all zippers before we ship it - we saw the zip is good too. No problem"!! I contacted them a second time with images and the response was: "Sorry friend! we don't understand. Sometimes the zipper is only decorations." I don't believe the intention of the manufacturer was to have the zipper be a decoration inside the bag; I believe it was meant to be a pocket and somebody forgot to sew in one side!!!!!! Very disappointed with this seller....................
First we didn't understand the buyer, and we think it is not problem. Maybe the buyer want us to refund some money, but we think there is no problem for the bag. We told the buyer he/she can return the bag if he think there is a problem for the bag, then the buyer left us negative feedback. Hope the buyer and seller can understand each other well.
