This product is exactly as described! I love it, it shipped fast, 2 weeks to Canada. I have been wearing them since I received them (around 1 1/2) months. One thing to consider is the screw on part is a bit lose, though it has not fallen out at all, (even when sleeping.) Soap from washing my face and showering also gets trapped between your ear and the backing. I clean them every week (just soaking them in water and soap). Highly recommend them!
