For such a price very interesting functionality. Electrolytes stand Green 105 * s. However, the characteristics are clearly Limited (short-term). Powered from PB AKB-input 12 V/10 A output 6.3a/16 V (100 W)-shipped about half an hour. As a result, both radiators (lying on the Open Table) warmed up to 80 * s (measured), do not touch the electrolytes (a drop of water on the end does not boil but evaporates quickly). Stabilization CV works. Under less load will go... Paid 24.12 received 15.01. Total order amount 1170 rubles. Tracked by the Russian Federation.

Excellent! Thanx! Works perfectly. As seller advised - it increase voltage only. Thank you! The fee is done neatly, as in the photo. Good constant voltage booster. No protection at the entrance and exit. Shipped by 32 volt led 50 W (1.5a). Raised from 24 V source. In 30 minutes of operation, the radiator warmed up noticeably. The proximity of capacitors to radiators is certainly not very pleasing, but capacitors are 105 degrees.

Norms converter. Starts with 11 v. At the output maximum 34 v. Efficiency 88% maximum power without blowing 33... 35 w. The most heated coil is 80 °. The chinese in their repertoire, overpower the parameters. To power the laptop in the car need a radiator more.

Good modules despite the lack that there is no protection against KZ (fixed by installing the fuse at the input of 10 amps) and repolling (fixed by installing a powerful diode at 20 amps at the input). Repaired in case something burns.
