immediately after I ordered, I realized it was the wrong color, I needed a darker color then they offered. I contacted seller to cancel the order, and they would not do it, even though there was plenty of time to cancel the order. I think that is very bad customer service. It took a long time to arrive but it is during Covid, so that maybe the reason. Anyway, I cannot really use it. Will just have to hold on to it until I can.

We don't have more dark color of the same design. The system has shipped it out cause no cancel request.
