Can't decide: Great panel or good. In the bright sun the panel did not experience. In the dim sun through the window emits 12 V, if applied to the filament lamp 60 W-21 v. Charged CCM 18650. Wires are thin of course, require gentle handling. Seller did not answer: built into this panel diodes or not. On the back side is a huge beef, but the she knows what's up there. LG TLF charges.
