The goods never reached moldova. Ordered in early may. Delivery cost more than half the cost of the battery-okay. After a month the goods did not come, and questions began to appear, as the track number was not tracked. Asked the seller what the difficulty was-he assured me that everything was ok, and gave another track the number on which the cargo was tracked at the customs. Calmed down. But at the end of june the seller himself wrote to me that due to the threat of battery explosion at customs he decided to withdraw the goods back. I opened a dispute for a refund, where i honestly pointed out the reason. The seller did not approve the dispute, and in the lc proposed to change the dispute about such wording-i allegedly received the goods, but the shipping method was different, so i opened the dispute. It immediately seemed suspicious, i ignored the seller, but he all convinced me that this is the best option. But in this case, how could i claim to return the full amount if the goods i received? Maximum i would be returned the shipping cost, and this is $10 out of 24. In the end, i was returned the entire amount.

The package came fast enough. But unfortunately, the battery is charged as much as 75%. Contacted the seller, he offered different options, how to try to charge-discharge the battery, how many hours, etc. All done, but no result. The seller offered to send him photos, videos so he could see what the matter was. It's just physically no time to do it. I want to buy the goods and enjoy using them, and not wear on it all the free time. Disappointed, honestly. I do not even know how to fill the order in general... The seller is friendly, sociable, shows participation... But the goods got us not very good quality.
