Some wheels have small redheads (shells) on the sides. How to affect the operation I do not know. ILQ 9 bearings rotate noticeably worse than my ILQ 5 bearings from K2 rollers. Perhaps just thick grease. One of the bearings is knocking. The holes of the bushings and bearings are not the same diameter and are not uniform. My complete bearings with this are OK.

Come quickly. The seller tried to answer all my questions. In the end, I got what I wanted. Wheels are matte, the picture on them is green-white, at the edges the pattern is printed.
