The order came pretty fast. Tunnels are quality, with rounded edges, so inserting into the ear does not hurt. Look very good (in the photo 12mm). There was a problem with tunnels on 16mm, one was smaller and with small chips, but the seller without problems agreed to send a new pair. So five stars and thank you very much!)
