I would like to thank you for the excellent quality of your locks. I managed to convert them to use on my camperhome by first drilling and tapping the ends out to take a 4mm screw. This allowed me use the locks to replace two different length barrels. The second thing I changed was the washer on the end which restricted the key movement to a 90 degree turn. By carefully grinding and filing it to the shape in the attached photograph it allowed me to turn the key 180 degrees which means it can be removed when the lock is both locked and unlocked. This allowed me use the locks to replace two different length barrels. The second thing I changed was the washer on the end which restricted the key movement to a 90 degree turn. By carefully grinding and filing it to the shape in the attached photograph it allowed me to turn the key 180 degrees which means it can be removed when the lock is both locked and unlocked. Please feel free to include this with your specification. Perhaps if you shared it with the manufacturers they could enclose an extra end washer. Many thanks again. Very best wishes. William James .
