Very disappointed. I cooperate with this store for more than a year, everything was fine.
But recently an incident happened. the seller did not send half the order!!! I did not answer the messages, the buyer's protection ended. Messages my read, as i left new orders, he sent me messages with tracks of new orders. I write again-ignor. I had to open a dispute. But the seller does not accept it. Aliexpress for most of the goods decided to return the money, but for some goods decided not to return, so i lost 360 rubles ((i'm shocked by this attitude to my permanent customer. Since the goods were not sent, the reason for the dispute is the fault of the store, why did not take the dispute, and did not offer any solution ??? Very offended, the goods were needed urgently and the money was lost ((
Today i received the order and again there is no half of the order!!! (((i do not know what happens to this store

Good bails with a strong loop. However, since the seller indicated my old address, despite the fact that I edited the data before ordering, the parcel first arrived in another city, had to call the Mail to ask to send to a new address. The result made the order in early July-came in early September. I managed to buy similar materials elsewhere, but several customers still lost (((it is worth noting that the seller feels guilty and sent my order again already to the new address t. K. It was unknown whether I would be done or not (the Mail case lasted for almost a month). Now I expect another parcel with the same materials. How to decide with payment yet do not know T. K. I don't need so many same materials

It's okay. Delivery to Ukraine, Zaporizhia-about 20 days. I got an order from ukrmail. Not the first time I order. What is interesting-I made 2 orders in two stores, in one free shipping, in the other paid, sent all with one parcel. I understand that this is one seller, TC and sending messages came the same second per second, and the range is identical, and photos. That's why only delivery in one of the stores became paid? It is not clear...)) and in general satisfied with the order, only Bronze Bails matte, do not shine as before

From this seller I buy in the first, in general. Pros: 1. fast delivery. 2. prices are acceptable for 80% goods. 3. with big purchase discount good. 4. the amount corresponds to the declared and even more. 5. well packed and all put in gift bag (everything comes safe). 6. good quality product. Cons: 1. minus one. Having placed a large order after a day it turns out that some goods are not in stock. Conclusion: store favorite, I will still order from this seller.
