I have made an order many times with fragile pendants. These pendants I ordered for the first time. Usually I ask to send the pendants in two packs. It helps keep the pendants. But I forgot to ask this time. I got 20 pendant, but six were broken. I quickly received a refund because it is an honest seller. So I give five stars. If you make an order, then ask the seller to put every ten pendant in the protective packaging. You will get the pendants very good quality.
