i was planning to buy the chandelier from local store or the online store from US, But i found the produce is made in china, so why don't i find the same produce from china online store directly. several searching directed me to here. i believe factory direct sell has less markup.
so i triggered the order and chose the free shipment because i am not in rush. i got notification relatively quick. shipment took about 2-3 month. during this time, seller actively kept trace and updated the status the item. when i had question, i got quick and details replay no matter it's morning or evening on my time.
It's clear crystal with clean cut crystal. decent quality light fixture. it takes 1 to 2 hour to install and assemble the chandelier under the ceiling and the final result is amazing thanks to high quality crystal and great chandelier design.

The product is great, very fine crystals. It is not very difficult to install, but, I guess it is also not the easiest of installations, it has to come in separate pieces and assembled together at home, no way to avoid it!
The seller, Vince, is very responsive. That experience is amazing, He responded faster at any time of day which surprised me. And, there is no problem with the language, absolutely fine.
I had purchased 2 pieces, one for the dining room and the other for the entrance lobby. After installation, I felt that the piece in the lobby was very small and wanted to return that piece and get a bigger one. That was an amazingly easy experience, again, Vince was very responsive and he showed me what I need to do to get the return label and proceed. My money was immediately refunded upon receipt and I ordered the bigger piece.
I recommend this merchant whole heartedly!

I began to install my chandelier, and it is so beautiful I still have more Crystals to on it. The only thing I can say is that the direction was not clear, and having step by step direction would help. Even though the seller was very responsive to my questions, I still think step by step instructions would be beneficial in the setting up. Any I would recommend this chandelier.....love love it. Oh, my electrician told me that hole to put the wires through was very small, and it would be good if the holes about 1/4inch wider away from that everything well okay.

Absolutely reliable guys. Even in my case, when the box came from FedEx torn, the seller immediately sent out the missing crystals by airmail that I received already a week later. The quality of chandeliers is excellent. Recommend it.
