This item looks much better in the photo than it does in hand. I have been buying a lot of brooches for the holidays from stores all over Ali Express and this brooch was the first one that did not look as nice or better than its photo. So maybe it is suffering from comparison but its price point was similar. The service from the store was excellent. This is specific to one item and should in no way reflect on the store.
