I'm missing threads, I check on excel and I did ask for these specifically. They're not here.
In the description the seller said it would arrived by a certain date (like on every shop) and it didnt, at all !!! It took so long to arrive, and not because of the post office, because of the seller, he waited the last minutes to send, eventhough he told me like 15 days earlier that the parcel was ready.... Basically he sent it the day I was supposed to receive the parcel....
Seller didn't answer my messages once the order was made (he did contact me though to ask me more money for threads he apparently didn't have, so he wanted to send me DMC, eventhough in the description he said it was available, I didn't agree and I choose other numbers...). Threads are a mix of different brand, not all the same tags.
I'm really not happy, I wouldn't have said anything but the missing threads are just too much.
I don't think I will order with this seller again and I wouldn't recommend this shop.

Very happy with the order. I was able to select the thread I wanted, and delivery was 20 days to Australia from the time I paid. The process of selecting the count and colours was straight forward, and the seller had great communication.

The parcel was only a month, delivery via the point of issue. It's a shame that one coil was not on the list and one color was replaced by a similar one. But the dispute did not open

Good quality some difference in tonality but if you make the whole picture with these threads it's OK they're soft to touch
