The received product did not match the picture. See attached photo. For me this was a real issue. With the missing jumper I cannot easy bypass the voltage regulator. I use this PIR to be directly connected to my ESP8266 (using 3.3v). Now I need to de-solder the diode and make a small solder bridge. See second picture.
With this fix in place you only can use 3.3v on the VCC pin.
I raised a complaint about this. It was handled correctly. The seller should update it's photo.
For the rest I can recommend this seller.
From the 10 received I have tested now 4. They all work as expected.

Product does NOT match images. The modules are working but the don't have a jumper for single / repeated triggering. There are soldering pads for a solder jumper instead.
