Item was shipped from China and not from Spain, but it arrived in 12 days. The heatsink came with 4 heatpads, but only 3 can be used on the chips as there is no block above Wifi chip on the heatsink. Fans can be heard a bit, but they are not loud. See attached image that shows the area heatsink blocks make with heatpads above chips. Area could be larger. I cleaned heatsink with isopropanol to clean off marks from permanent marker.

as described n pictured... But i question the effectiveness of the fans... there is no where for the air to flow. see attached pics. will prob fashion some holes to improve airflow accordingly. otherwise quick shipping.
