The salesman is a con man. The item has arrived damaged although the box had no damage. This means the seller sent the damaged item. When I opened a dispute, Aliexpress has accepted me to return, but the seller has refused to pay shipping charges to China and when I arrived at the post office I realized that delivery would cost more than the item. I spoke to the seller again, when I explained that I can't send the kettle, the seller started to mock, he offered 50 centimeter precarious refund explaining that his company offers the best service for the best price. In the end I opened another dispute and Aliexpress made a refund, but it was the horrible experience.
