I’m giving one star because the hair was not true to length at all. I ordered 28 inches and it was not. I have a 26 inch wig & it was shorter than that. Communication was poor. I tried to get a refund & it was a lot of back and forth until I lost contact with them. The hair has a smell that I cannot get out. I’ve washed it several times & it still smells. I did not like this overall transaction.
