The fan is really unbalanced, and will vibrate. I know it's not ZOTAC. Only a sap would fall for false advertising, but I expect the fan to at least be somewhat balanced.
Also unlike on the pictures, mine came in black, not orange.

The old fan is less noisy when it turns normally.
I'm disappointed I wonder if I will not put the old one back in place!
