I ordered the earphone for one ear, and sent the earphone double, I.E. For right and left ear and bad quality. The whistle is released in the device when it is connected. This whistle is heard when you do not use the device yet. When connected to the device of another earphone, which is not included in the complete set of this order, there is no whistle and it is easily included in the time of eating. And, it seems to me, this device is more suitable for people with a great loss of hearing, and with a moderate shlow of hearing loss I would not recommend.
