1) Up until I purchased the product, their response was within 10 minutes. Right after I mentioned issues, their response was 1 message every 3-4 days.
2) They only send you 2 installation videos from YouTube which are ok unless you come across any problems. And you will. Many.
3) They promise that their engineers will fix all of the problems, but they never actually said anything useful and ended up asking me to go to a local shop and ask them to fix them.
4) Issues: Time and date (I fixed it alone), Rear/reverse camera doesn't open automatically when you reverse gear, Blind Spot Detection Unavailable, The rear speakers of the car are not recognised, It fits like 80% ok, The AUTO A/C doesn't work.
5) I have been begging for a 5-minute video call with the engineers for 1 month but nothing.
6) The product often disconnects from the Car Play of the iPhone and also apps crash.
MESSAGE ME FOR A VIDEO SHOWING ALL OF THESE PROBLEMS.
DON'T.BUY.FROM.THEM.
