I loved the colors, they looked a bit bigger in the close up pictures but looking at the model holding the box it is quite spot on. I'm bad at swatches but to give a sence of the colors I got the DIY set in the numbers 01, 03, 05, 13, they all look nice on the lips, 05 was a bit more pink than expected but over all I am quite satisfied, a little of the product goes a long way. Personally I like blending them out with my fingers. They also included two lip pencils!! As for contacting the vendor it was quite fast, I sent them a message since I forgot to put the note of the colors I wanted to include in y DIY Set while purchasing them and they confirmed quite fast, after that they pretty much imediatelly sent the product.
